LED Corn Bulbs
LED Corn Lamps were created to replace HID lamps, metal halide, and high-pressure sodium lamps, and provide great improvements in energy efficiency and reduced power costs. They are called LED Corn Lamps or maize lamps because of their unique corn cob shape. Each square LED looks like a corn kernel running along the side of the light.
Most light sources on the market have a reach of around 270 degrees while the reach for the LED Corn light is a full 360 degrees. Our products are available in 40W or 80W with anywhere from 5200 to 12000 lumens for a range of brightness and visibility. This represents 130 lumens per watt which is highly efficient.
